Mindful Menopause, talkative and mindfulness groups


The 'Mindful Menopause' project was born after taking a course on Menopause in the workplace.

Although I had already worked on the quality of life of women in menopause in collaboration with Schering and Prof Willy Pasini, I must admit that my knowledge on the subject has increased significantly as I progressed in training. Even if I knew how important hormones were in our lives and for the normal activities of our body, I had not understood the impact they had on the female body, in social relationships, family and with colleagues in the workplace.

It was at this point that I realized the importance of raising awareness and supporting women during this normal phase of life. There is still a lot of ignorance and a great taboo on the subject. Even less is said about men who go through what is very simply called a 'midlife crisis' but in reality there is much more behind it.

My first logical reaction after carefully observing and conversing with some women, was to subsequently organize an informative webinar on menopause and andropause, which then created talkative nd meditation groups for women in perimenopause and menopause. In these groups each time there is a theme followed by a moment of self-reflection and self-awareness through mindfulness.

Recently, after publishing a video on my Facebook page, in which I talked about my mindful menopause sessions, I received several positive feedbacks that convinced me even more to start my online sessions.

Participation in the group requires a contribution of €12, a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 12.
